is a set of new detection equipment with high linearity and specific time response tailored to customer's needs.
Dual-function detection
trigger is powered by Si Pin photodiode as a photosensitive element, it can respond to optical signals in the 190-1100 nm wavelength range to form a current signal, the current signal is amplified to form two signals output:
- Analog signal: Amplitude is proportional to the light intensity
- Digital signal: TTL level, the width is same to the light pulse signal
Dual-channel infrared detector consists of two channels, InAsSb Photo Detector (COSCO Infrared) and Si Detector (visible to near infrared). It enables ultra-wideband photoelectric detection in the 190-5900 nm wavelength range.
